Sohrab is not your textbook trainer. Sohrab gave up a 10-year long career in corporate law to follow his passion for fitness. Fitness has always been a way of life for him. Sohrab’s journey into the fitness world started 20 years ago as a teenager. Having played cricket at a semi-professional level, fitness was paramount for him to improve at his sport. Initially, he followed the usual gym routine but soon found himself bored and looking for something different. Sohrab has always looked to challenge himself and his body in the gym and that is exactly what he tries to do with each one of his clients. With an entire life-time spent in fitness, his true passion lies in guiding all walks of people towards a better life. Sohrab is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, has successfully completed the Rehab Trainer Rehab Essentials and Masterclass, and is a Mobility WOD, Movement and Mobility Specialist.
