Karishma abandoned a flourishing career in business development at Conde Nast to follow her passion for food, entering MasterChef India 4 in 2015. Beyond her wildest dreams and expectations, she made it to the final and ever since this life changing experience, there has been no looking back.
Since MasterChef, Karishma has forged a reputation as the go-to chef for restaurants and brands that champion healthy eating, quality ingredients and great sourcing.
Karishma’s food doesn’t compromise on flavour and her style centres on recipes that are good for you, scrumptious, easy to make and beautiful on the plate.
When not cooking, Karishma is often to be found working out a serious sweat at the gym, flexing in to yoga poses, enhancing her knowledge of nutrition and sometimes even eating pizza and drinking a glass of Merlot.
After all, life is about seeking balance, as she says.
